ended up Res. champion in the 1-D for the Headless Horseman series
recently in Bowman , ND. Placing several times in the 1-D earned her
that title.
As of Sept 1, 2010 Paul Griemsman is sitting 3rd in the Badlands circuit in the heeling with $8,371.00 and his wife Jana is sitting 5th in the barrels with 6,552.02.. Paul rides a PC Bronsin buckskin gelding called Vegas and Jana rides Daisy a granddaughter of Bronsin By Paul's horse. Congratulations !! SDRA and NRCA standings Paul is 3rd and Jana 10th. Audri Orwig , Ellendale, ND took first in the poles with a 20.762 at the Mandan HS Rodeo this fall riding Prissy Bell Frost (Stella) by PC Bronsin.. and she ran a smoking 20.271 the next day but tipped one pole to make it a 25.271.. Good luck in 2010-2011 rodeos Audri.. what an exciting way to start.. She also won the cutting on her other great horse.. So proud of you and Stella Chuck Crago took 1st and 3rd at the Annual Pat Tibbs roping in Belle Fourche in the heeling riding Cm Tivios Sug by Taylor Jess Tivio another past great Crago stallion. And He also won the BJA Roping last week in Belle Fourche on her and the week before Jade Crago won it on Kings Lady Playboy a PC Bronsin Daughter.. Good Job Boys. Jade Crago and Prissy (Kings Lady Playboy) a PC Bronsin daughter just won the Breakaway and got 2nd in the Steer Stopping and tied for the All-Around at the Alzada Junior Rodeo. Sam Flannery and CM Stoney Bubbles(By Nonstop Bubblin out of My Sticks n stones) aka Scooby ran the FASTEST time of the weekend at Broken bow and took 2nd in the avg in the open derby. She also said he ran the FASTEST time of the weekend at Lincoln,Ne. at the Bold heart Futurity also on him winning the first go of the breeders derby and the open 1-D with a smokin hot time of 15.655. What a fantastic team Sam and Scooby are. Cm Bubblin Ferra and Amy Benton and Moyo Money and Cody Bauserman both riding horses by Nonstop Bubblin were both money earners also at the Barrel race.. Good Job. Sam Flannery and CM Stoney Bubbles (by Nonstop Bubblin and My Sticks N Stones) just won the North Platte, Nebraska PRCA/WPRA rodeo in the barrels. Audri Orwig and Stella (by PC Bronsin) had an almost perfect weekend at the NDHSRA state finals.. the pair ran a 20.946 in the first go, but tipped in the 2nd to go win it with another 20 second run and a 20.835 in the short go to place 3rd in the avg and 5th overall in points just missing going to Nationals.. The Orwigs just purchased Stella from us late last fall.. We are so proud of you Audri. (June 2010)Flash! Mile Hi in Colorado had a barrel race with 115 entries. Bubbles won by 2 tenths and Bubba won the 2d! October 23-25, 2009 Sunday we won 4th in the Team Roping and Daisy I won the barrels round and had the fastest time of the rodeo, I ended up 3rd in the average. Overall we had a pretty good weekend. Paul won the year-end in
the circuit, plus placed 2nd in the 2 & 4th rounds. Daisy and I won
2nd in the 2nd round, 3rd in the third, came into the last
performance,
1/10th behind Lisa for the average, her horse slipped, all I had to do was make a clean run to win the average and I think some greater power pulled the 2nd barrel over with a string! Honestly, not sure what happened. Guess it wasn't meant to be. But the girls voted her Rising Star and she got a really nice new blanket. I had so many compliments on her. She worked great in that small arena, I'm anxious to see what we might do this winter. :) (Jana reporting)

Lincoln, Nebraska.. winning 4th in the 1D on 4-8-2011 winning $287.00
and then taking 1st in the 1D 4-9-11 winning $939.00.. for a total of

Sunlight Drifter by PC Bronsin places between 2nd and 3rd out of 840 horses in the Colonial Nationals in Virginia, owned by Amy Bruce. Congrats Amy! YGW Blazin Wookie by CM Blazin Sierra Sun (CM Dynamite Frost x Tivios Peppy Pavo) sweep both goes and the average with Heidi Gunderson at the Sunby Enterprises Barrel Futurity in Verdale, MN, Great Job and congratulations. (Note: Teri Shulte, ND bought CM Blazin Sierra Sun from us as a weanling.) Mary Crago and CM Sugar Bar Bubba win 3rd in the 1-D at the Headless Horseman Barrel Series in Bowman, ND. Jade Crago riding CM Bubblin Dynamite make a smokin 14.3 run at Gollihers Arena barely getting edged out of the money in the 1-D but still placing 2nd in the youth division. The dust has barely settled in the Jim Kjerstad Event Center ending the 2010 AQHA Region 2 show and here are Crago Quarter Horses results! Jade Crago, Novice Youth Heading Champion and 4th in Novice Youth Breakaway on Kings Lady Playboy by PC Bronsin. Jade also named Novice Youth Champion and Reserve Champion Youth Barrels on CM Dynamite Frost out of a Nonstop Bubblin daughter. Great Job Jade!

the Ranch Sorting.
Pulling up the slack was Chuck Crago, Champion Amateur Select Heeler and third in the Novice Amateur Heeling and a first with Mary in Amateur Ranch Sorting. Chuck was mounted on his good horse CM Tivios Sug by Taylor Jess Tivio whom he trained also. All in all we had a great time at the show.
CM Dynamite Frost, the very talented Crago stallion ridden and shown by Paul Griemsman took the Championship in Senior Heading and Res Champion in Senior Heeling, Big Thank You to Paul and Dynamite, great job! CM Dynamite Dodge by CM Dynamite Frost place 3rd in the Senior Heading, "Dodge" is owned by Kim and Bruce Crago. Nonstop High 2D Horse of the Year! The 2D leading horse honors belonged to Nonstop High (“Spud”), a 1998 gelding by Nonstop Bubblin out of A Total High, by On A High. Spud was bred by Larry Adkinson, Louisville, Miss., and trained and campaigned by Quay Eaves before being sold to Kevin and Kim Manor and their son Kevin. Spud, with Kevin at the reins, earned $9,691 in 2D money. Veteran trainer Paul Cooper, Meridian, Miss., helped the Manors find Spud, who has made an excellent horse for 12-year-old Kent. “He’s made Kent a really nice barrel horse,” Kent Manor told Kenneth Springer after Kevin won the 2D title at the All-American Youth in a dramatic three-way run-off. “I think the best thing about him is you can run him, turn him around and he’ll walk down the alley and walk the pattern if that’s what you want him to do. He’s absolutely the kind of horse you dream of having for your kid.” Spud and Kevin earned their largest check, $6,430, for the All-American Youth. “Everyone thought the run-off was cool, except for me,” said Kim Manor. “Both Spud and Kevin are pretty laid back. We say Spud’s like an old man, and Kevin never gets upset even when under pressure. His friends started calling him the Iceman.” The duo also picked up $2,102 for taking second in the 2D at the Mega. They also won 2D checks at the NBHA Holiday Classic, NBHA March Madness, NBHA Mid South Nationals and NBHA Mississippi June Jam. All totaled, Spud and Kevin collected $18,789 in 2008 with $9,098 of that total earned in the 1D. Spud has lifetime Equi-Stat earnings of $33,867 since he was a 4-year-old. CM FLIT BAR FROST has been awarded by the Panama Quarter Horse Association (AQHA-Panama) as the Best Roping Horse of the National Calf Roping Championship 2011 (Its like NFR in the states). In this event, which is the ultimate roping event in Panama involving more than 200 horses for 5 days of competition, each horse and rider have 20 turns and then 20 cowboys go to the Finals. Once in the finals they only have two turns for a total of 22 turns throughout the tournament. El FROST caught all his calf with an spectacular average of 2.84 seconds per run and his rider one of my horse trainer (Jose Delgado) got the NCR Best Roper 2011 Championship. This is Pistol's first rodeo and only her second competition !! Pistol is out of my rope horse, Lipstick, and by Mary Crago's Nonstop Bubblin.
