Dash For Cash (1973 Sorrel stallion) is arguably, the greatest sire of AQHA racing ever. Dash for Cash was the superior cross between the great "Rocket Wrangler" x Find a Buyer (TB). Dash for Cash attained a SI-114 with race earning of $507,688. He was named the 1976 and 1977 Racing World Champion, Superior Racehorse, 1976, and set two track records including 9 stakes races. Dash for Cash demonstrated his extreme athletic abilities by finishing no less than second in every race he entered except one. Before long he became one of the most sought after bloodlines of any stallion because of his offspring’s ability to excel not only on the track but also in the barrel arena. Even several years after Dash For Cash’s death, there is still a big demand for his daughters as broodmares. He was the sire of 1,353 foals with offspring earnings more than $39 million on the track, 1 AQHA Supreme Championship, 880 ROM, 39 world championships, and 135 stakes winners. Broodmare sire of 609 dams of 2,658 performers, of which 2,624 were starters, 1,986 ROM, 1,690 winners, 198 stakes winners, 174 stakes placed, 9 champions, with earnings of $44,645,472. Unfortunately, Dash for Cash had to be euthanized in 1996 due to complication from EPM.
